This company's exclusive design leverages smart robotic parking systems to reduce urban traffic, promote citizens' physical and mental well-being, and protect the environment. It represents one of the company's most effective and practical solutions. Among various robotic smart parking options, this design uses an octagonal structure with 10 functional levels and a capacity for 80 vehicles, accommodating both sedans and SUVs. This optimized layout maximizes vehicle storage in minimal space, making it ideal for major cities and high-traffic main streets where land costs are high and parking demand is essential.
This design accommodates up to 80 vehicles within an area of approximately 220 square meters, which would typically only allow parking for 10 vehicles. The system enables each vehicle’s retrieval or drop-off in under 2 minutes. In total, it can handle the entry or exit of all vehicles within around 2.5 hours, meeting the highest global standards. In critical cases, the process time can be shortened by increasing the number of active robots. For example, in office complexes where most employees enter and exit at specific times, adding three or four robots can significantly reduce processing time. However, for public parking structures aimed at reducing traffic, one smart robot is sufficient for every 40 to 80 vehicles.

Our Company's History

The company, originally named "Robotic Smart Parking", has localized the technical knowledge for mechanized, multi-level smart parking systems. This process began in 2009, leading to the first contract for constructing a robotic smart parking system in 2016. Established in February 2023, the company entered the pre-growth stage at the West Azerbaijan Science and Technology Park and, within three months (May 2023), achieved official recognition as a knowledge-based company for its intelligent parking robot. Currently, with a technology license from the Technology Park’s Growth Center, the company has signed additional contracts in Tehran and Urmia, advancing its technical expertise. It has won first place at the Tabriz Rab-e-Rashidi Innovation and Technology Festival, the Urmia “My City, Entrepreneurial City” Festival, and the Sheikh Bahai Festival in Isfahan. Today, it is recognized as one of the top 9 innovative and technology-driven companies in the country.
